As a private chef based in Cleveland, Ohio, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. Growing up with parents in the hospitality industry, I developed a passion for cooking and a love for people at a young age. My journey in the culinary world began with a degree in Hospitality Management from Kent State University, where I also worked in the food industry and found mentors who helped me refine my skills. I continued to challenge myself in the fine dining sector and saw success, leading me to join the U.S Military where I was exposed to different cuisines from around the world and built a network of chefs from California to Ohio. Today, I serve a select group of top professional athletes in Cleveland, working with licensed dietitians through Pro/Eats Chefs for Athletes to provide healthy and memorable dining experiences. Inspired by my wife and late mother, I strive to bring joy to my clients through every meal I prepare.
